Kickboxing Level 1 & 2:
An excellent workout for both beginners and experienced students. This class is a full body workout. Emphasis is on all aspects of proper form and technique and traditional kickboxing combinations.
Kickboxing Level 3 & 4:
This class takes your kickboxing skills to the next level and is a mandatory class for our competitive fighters. Learn to set up effective fighting combinations while utilizing proper technique for sparring and competition.
*Please note that for all classes, we train barefoot.
**Sparring times are available to all advanced students who want to take their training to the next level. Please note that FULL protective gear is mandatory, which includes head gear, shin guards, mouth guard, gloves, and jock.
